This a swap card for Winnie Schats in Zaandam, The Netherlands on the PCD group.
What a lovely card. You remind me of someone I used to know. She lived in Texas and would wave to me across the Gulf of Mexico. My last name has changed and I'm a bit older but I still make cards too. Hope to hear from you. Oh I almost forgot. I still quakk too. ;-)
