I had totally forgotten how to do a tea bag fold, so I look one up on the 'net. It is a Medallion fold. And it goes to Sharon Nichols. Not to bad for a 77 year old that hands shake a lot and my eyes are wicked. Hope it meets her standards.

This is really a lovely card from Leida Flores in The Bronx, NY. The bottom color is not PINK, but ORANGE , kind of a Halloween orange. And goes perfect with the top of card. I even scanned it twice, but still came out PINK. !@#@$%# Not sure why. Oh well I have the real card.
